Recorded back in November with Sam Alexander, who is an absolute delight and a real force of nature, our conversation touches on why knowing things theoretically is never quite the same as experiencing them, why what others think of you is none of your business, and why the martial art of Aikido isn't the soft and fluffy thing you thought it was!
Sam is a fascinating person. She's highly intelligent, vivacious and has a an intensity to her that's magnetising. She also has wisdom to share - just don't ask her to book you a taxi!
