What is it? A conversation. Just that. A simple conversation. Not coaching, not advice, just a conversation for the soul ... especially if you're feeling lost, discouraged, lonely, or generally just need a hug.
A conversation, then, about anything you want. We'll discuss, we'll converse, we'll share ideas, we'll listen...
In our time together something will be exchanged between us, a feeling, an energy, a connection; and we'll know when it's over, that, somehow, in some way, we are both changed ... if we're lucky, perhaps even enriched.

A frank conversation in which I will listen to you, laugh with you, celebrate simplicity, maybe point us both back to our own wisdom and well-being. I won't necessarily have answers, but I will ask questions (sometimes good ones!)
And I'll be as present as I can be.
With this frank conversation, I am extending a kind of hospitality for the soul... A welcoming space where you are respected, seen, and listened to. I will meet you with an open mind and a smile in my heart and, If you allow yourself to speak freely from your own heart, maybe just maybe, we can create something beautiful together.

Expansion Session
Book a stand-alone session with me, and let's expand our conversation! We'll talk for an hour and a half, on whatever subject you want, or whatever comes up in the moment. It's all about how deep or how far you're prepared to go; there's no right or wrong ... only how willing you are to open your heart! A frank, expansive conversation, then ... are you ready to take the next step?
Exploration ~ 4 Session Package
Our conversations can be spread over 4 weeks, where we'll meet weekly for an hour. This is our chance to explore! Again, what we choose to discuss is up to you. We can explore a specific part of your life, or an issue you may have, creating 4 linked sessions, or we can see what comes up on the day. You may simply choose to explore this magical, mysterious thing we call ... life! It is entirely up to you.
