This interview with Kerry O'Sullivan was such a joy!
Kerry is a woman on a mission to inspire others, and wow it's going to be fun watching her do it! She has natural charisma, vitality and such a positive spirit that I'm convinced she's going to be a superstar in her field!
Kerry's story is partly about childhood trauma and pain, and the seemingly inevitable search for meaning, peace and love that follows, but it's also about resilience, self-definition and an insatiable search for truth.
What Kerry came to realise was that she'd been searching in the wrong place. In her own words:
"the main this was I didn't love me ... that's what I was searching for..."
Kerry talks so honestly about finally finding self-love, and how that has opened up an aspect of her self - the wild sexual part of her - that she'd previously kept hidden.
