A conversation. Just that. A simple conversation. Not coaching, goodness, no...

A conversation, then, about anything you want. We'll discuss, we'll converse, we will share ideas, we'll listen...

And in our time together, something will be exchanged between us, a feeling, an energy, perhaps, and what we'll know for sure when our conversation is over, is that somehow, in some way, we are both changed ... if we're lucky, perhaps even enriched.

I am not offering coaching. I am offering a frank conversation in which I will listen to you, laugh with you, celebrate simplicity, and point us both back to our own wisdom and well-being. I won't necessarily have answers, but I will ask good questions. And give you my full presence.

With this frank conversation, I am extending a kind of hospitality for the soul... A space where you are welcome, respected, seen, and listened to. I will meet you with an open heart.
