This Stories of Our Lives! interview is about bravery. Earlier this year I was fortunate to speak with Jo Royle, co-founder of Brave Souls (@WeAreBraveSouls, Facebook page) and a genuinely heart-centred soul.
Jo talks about her struggles (which are everyone's struggles!) to find the truth beneath her conditioning, and let it speak. In Jo's own words, "not to speak truth from ego, but to speak truth from love".
It takes a brave soul to face this and not seek to numb it through distraction and a nightly glass of wine. Jo talks about her journey from a career in IT to a more soulful life living with her family on a converted bus, whilst touring the country, and starting a yoga and meditation practice.
Just think. Who you think you are, might not actually be who you are. Who you are, really, the real you, might be buried under who you were taught to be... What if the real you and all your deepest dreams and truths is there, waiting to be allowed to speak...
