Life can be complicated. So how can we keep it simple? ​With enthusiasm and inspiration, in-the-moment insight, and a good sprinkling of humour, this group explores how we might live a more simply human life, from the grounded reality of our physical bodies, to the pace and clarity of our thinking, and the spiritual connectedness to something bigger than ourselves. We will meet online for five 90-minute sessions starting with a gentle introduction where we'll get excited about what we might create!  After that, it's the four Hs! Session 2 will focus on the idea of being Here, session 3 will explore what it means to be Human, in session 4, I'll share what I call spiritual Hospitality, and in our final session, we will bring it all together and celebrate the idea of Harmony!​​​​​​​​​ This group offers a reflective pause from all the noise going on in the world!
