The A to Z of Simple Living!

It's a timeless issue: life can be complicated, so how can we keep it simple? Well, to explore this question, we have come up with a simple discussion group ~ The A to Z of Simple Living! Each A to Z session will focus on a letter of the alphabet. This session, for instance, will focus on the letter Z! 🙂 We then randomly pick a word from a prearranged list, and discuss it from the perspective of ... simple living! So, this week, we might discuss, zone, zig-zag, zenith, zany, zoo ... yes, Z could be an interesting week!🙂 Using this simple frame we will explore life from the grounded reality of our physical bodies, to the clarity of our thinking, and the spiritual connectedness to something bigger than ourselves.
