Life can be complicated. So how can we keep it simple? With enthusiasm and inspiration, in the moment insight, and a good sprinkling of humour, this group explores how we might live a more simply human life, from the grounded reality of our physical bodies, to the pace and clarity of our thinking, and the spiritual connectedness to something bigger than ourselves. We will meet for five 90 minute sessions in December, starting with a gentle introduction where we'll get excited about what we might create!  ​​​After that, it's the four Hs! ​​​Session 2 will focus on the idea of being Here, session 3 will explore what it means to be Human, Session 4 will be a look at what I call spiritual Hospitality, and in our final session, we will bring it all together and celebrate the idea of Harmony! ​​I'm excited to be offering this course throughout December, a time each year where the pace of life seems to speed up, our thinking can spiral out of control with our lists of shoulds and to dos, and what could be a time for gratitude and reflection, often feels overwhelming...  ​​This group offers a pause from all that!
